Complimentary gift card program
After you buy or sell a home priced at $3 million or more with Brown Harris Stevens, your agent can present you with a complimentary electronic LABEL gift card worth $1,000 to $2,500.
The gift card should be presented as the agent’s own client gift. It should not be described as a gift from LABEL. BHS agents are not responsible for any gift-card cost.
Gift cards may be applied only toward a LABEL shirt, suit, blazer or jacket. The value is determined by the transaction price shown in the table.
How it works
- The agent completes the qualification form for a client whose $3M+ transaction closed within the last six months.
- LABEL operations prepares an electronic gift card PDF and sends it to the BHS agent.
- The agent sends the gift card to the client in a personalized email and blind-copies Giftcard@Labelmail.co and Label@Bhsusa.com.
- The client begins redemption by booking an appointment on the LABEL website.
Where clients meet with LABEL
For clients in New York City, Long Island including the Hamptons, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut:
- $1,000 or $1,500 gift cards: LABEL’s NYC headquarters or a client location in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
- $2,000 or $2,500 gift cards: LABEL’s NYC headquarters, a client location in Manhattan or Brooklyn, or a location within 45 miles of the NYC showroom.
- South Florida clients may meet at a client location in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County.
15% corporate discount for agents and staff
